What is a 10.10.10 Worksheet?

If you saw my other blog post about journal prompts, you may have noticed that one of the prompts was titled The 10.10.10 Worksheet. Let me explain what that is. It's simple, yet one of my favorite journal prompts because it sets a positive attitude for the day.


Below you'll see I've attached a PDF file, that's a blank 10.10.10 worksheet for you to print, but if you'd rather put the pen to paper and journal in a notebook, here's the format and instructions on the assignment.


First, you write down ten things you desire. Next, ten things you're grateful for. And last, but not least, you write ten things you enjoy. I've found these to set a good mood for my day, and also to align some future goals and tasks to work on. Once you've written all these things down, it should look something like this -
